There are settings for all types of cooking. Standard, Air Fry, Broil and Convection. However the larger bottom oven is the only one with Air Fry

Hi, you can use the old fashioned but I recommend to use the featured on this unit. convection , air sous-side and Air fry mode is only at the bottom oven. ^Vanessa

You can use old-fashioned baking. Not required to use convection or air fry unless you choose that setting.
