• There are settings for all types of cooking. Standard, Air Fry, Broil and Convection. However the larger bottom oven is the only one with Air Fry

• Hi, you can use the old fashioned but I recommend to use the featured on this unit. convection , air sous-side and Air fry mode is only at the bottom oven. ^Vanessa

• You can use old-fashioned baking. Not required to use convection or air fry unless you choose that setting.
