“The Steam Fresh is not working, which is the whole reason we bought this set. The clothes are damp so we know it is hooked up right but the clothes are coming out more wrinkled than when we put them in. We have tried different settings and nothing works.”

Hello, just wondering if you found a solution to this issue? I bought the set specifically for the ability to use the steam fresh cycle and have the same problem as you. the clothes come out damp and wrinkled.
