• Hi Beth. Not all of our dryers have a Rack Dry cycle. When you place the rack in the ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 7.4 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle Smart Wi-Fi Electric SteamDryer - Sensor Dry and TurboSteam, Model # DLEX3700W, make sure that the rear legs rest on the stationary back wall of the drum...^IFV
