Hi there, Jaymo78. We understand your inquiry about the LG 7.4 Cu. Ft. Stackable Electric Dryer (DLE3400W). Unlike a washer, a dryer does not have an outer tub. The drum of the dryer is held in place by rollers and a belt, and it is not sealed with cement. The purpose of the dryer is to tumble clothes with hot air, and the design allows for the air to flow through the drum and out the vent.
