• Model DLG3401W can be vented to the left. Right side venting is not an option on gas dryers. Installing the side venting kit does not require professional installation. The steps are in the owner's manual. The kit is part number 3911EZ9131X, https://www.lg.com/us/laundry-accessories/lg-3911ez9131x. ^Daphane

• To the inside no, carbon monoxide. Or side of dryer? Also no the whole inside would need overhaul.
