• Yes, you can. You just can’t use that function of the dryer.

• The ENERGY STAR® Certified LG 7.4 Cu. Ft. Stackable Smart Electric Dryer with Steam and Sensor Dry - White, Model # DLEX6500W, will still work normally without connecting a water inlet hose to its water inlet valve to generate steam. You just wont be able to use any of the steam cycle or steam functions on the dryer...^Ivan.
