On the top of the display screen there is a COOL light, is it suppose to be on all the time with every dry option? or was the installation not completed properly?? null

Yes, it’s supposed to be on. Most dryers have a cool-down period towards the end of a cycle that uses only room-temperature air to help relax wrinkles in fabrics. A cooler fabric will not wrinkle as badly when folded as a fabric at a higher temperature.
