“I just got two new dryers yesterday and the Steam Fresh cycle just drips lots of water in the dryer. I'm not seeing steam but water dripping out. Is this normal?”

• Hi, Check the rubber seal at each end of the inlet hoses. Two ru ber seals are supplied with each inlet hose. They are used for preventing water leaks. Make sure the connection to the cold water tap is tight. If any leaks are found, shut off the water faucet, remove the hose and check the condition of the rubber seal.
