“even though this TV is found and setup on smart thinQ app as well as on my Alexa app, sonos or Alexa speaker can't communicate with it. Alexa says the living room TV(the way device is discovered) is not responding, all the time. Please help”

We regret to read about the difficulty you have been having your speakers not being able to communicate with the LG UK6570PUB 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV w/ AI ThinQ® - 70" Class (69.5" Diag), Model # 70UK6570PUB and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is an issue that cannot be resolved online and we recommend that you contact our Support Center at (800) 243-0000 where a Support Representative can walk you through the setup and do some troubleshooting while you are infront of the TV. Before you contact them, make sure that you are using the 2.4 GHz band on your router if it is a dual band router. This function does not work on a 5 GHz band...^IFV
