It depends on the outputs provided by your DVD player but most likely yes. Beware that the resolution of a DVD player may not be the best choice for a 70” tv.

On its product information page on the Best Buy site, if you click on the fifth thumbnail image from the left with '+14 images' under the main image of the LG UHD 70 Series 70 inch 4K HDR Smart LED TV, Model # 70UN7070PUA, a page with more thumbnail images arranged in a left and right column will open up. Click on the third thumbnail image from the top in the right column to view the ports on the back of the TV. You can click on the image to enlarge it and you will see what is referred to as a Shared Composite/Component video port with its associated RCA audio ports. You can plug your DVD Player into those ports...^IFV
