Nothing related to a power source! I have the same problem. Try any one of this it worked for me - -> connect ethernet and update the software. OR -> Connect ethernet and then connect wifi. -> once connected uncheck the time (set automatically) manually enter the date and time -> In the wireless network click on "advance settings" change DNS to 8.8.8.8 After lot of googling, troubleshooting i was able to get this. LG take NOTES!!! It might actually help your customers.
