• I believe you are referring to the caller ID which shows on the TV screen, if so there is no need to connect a phone line to the TV. As long as your phone service is still with Spectrum and you are using a Spectrum cable box on this TV, it is the cable box that displays the phone calls.

• The TV will support Spectrum cable. Regrettably, LG TVs do not support the Spectrum TV app at this time. There is not a phone jack on the TV.
