• Yes, they are. I purchased for my SP9YA sound bar. Nice small speakers. I also purchased the stands which have hollow tubes leading up to the speaker mounts to hide the wire inside. The speakers are hardwired to the wireless receiver box which gets its signal from the sound bar.

• I believe so. If I remember correctly, the box for these speakers said they were compatible with any LG soundbar that has a model number that contained the letter “Y”.
