Since I do not know just what your setup is, not very many people are going to give you the answer you need. I have those rear speakers that are connected to a LG SL8YG-sound-bar. You will need to have a Blu-Ray or better yet a 4K DVD player that supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision to get the full extent of sound. My Tv is a 55” Visio and the above sound bar with rear speaker package, and a Sony 4K DVD player that also supports Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. With all speakers operating the sounds are almost as loud All the way around. The Sub is in the rear of the room as are the rear speakers mounted on 4’ speaker stands. Once you have all of this set up download and print the manual and follow the manual as to how you want to tweak the settings. It also depends on the DVD’s as well. A regular DVD will make the sound lower in the rear speakers than the Blu Ray and 4K disks which separates the audio signals better. The sound I am getting from my setup is earthquake house shaking bass, The sound bar has at least 8-9 speakers built in, make sure the room you are using the sound bar in does not have a popcorn ceiling, however it will work but not as good as a flat ceiling that allow for the speakers to reflect against. The only speakers that need this config will be the Two up facing speakers in the sound bar, the rest of the speakers are either front or rear facing. Hope this helps.
