“What am I missing? Why are these called "wireless" speakers when they need to be wired to the sound bar?”

• The base is wireless so it connects wirelessly to the sound bar. The speakers are wired to the base. Wish they wouldn't call it wireless bc it's not true wireless. It's the same setup as the wireless subwoofer. The sub connects to the sound bar wirelessly.

• The speakers each connect to the wireless receiver which receives the audio signals wirelessly from a compatible Soundbar. The wireless receiver will need to be plugged into a power outlet. ^CP

• even true wireless also needs wires to run power. i used to have polk magnifi 5.1 which connect to base with out wire however it still needs power cable to supply power. in this case its other way.
