dont like mine either they are going to be returned after first of the year not a very good system very disappointed they wasn't cheap

I don't know what the sk9 remote looks like but mine sk5 has rear volume adjustments. You may have to trim the sound-bar down and crank up the rear to get the difference you want and then turn up the master volume.

Also check your wires to make certain you have a good connection, and the last advice I can offer is too make certain to use the ferrel for the rear speakers power supply cable making sure to wrap it twice. This should clear up any noise interference

You can toggle the volume settings from the sound bar. You can set the rearmament sub volume from -6 to +6. I find that +4 to +6 on the rear speakers works well.

Download the LG WiFi speaker app and add the soundbar. With the app you can adjust the rear speakers volume. It helps but isn’t great.

I feel the same, does anyone know if you can connect different speakers to the base ? Or will it burn the base out due to pulling too much power?
