I took the advice and contacted through social media. They proceeded to give me a bunch of websites and phone numbers for companies who supply products for LG and other companies. They are websites for businesses. Terrible customer service. I'll just have to go into bestbuy and get some real help.

Otherwise Walmart carry’s it by the spool in the car audio section. You may also be able to find some at Home Depot. Also even Amazon any speaker wire will do. Doesn’t have to be LG.
