QuestionI have the SK6Y sound bar and the SPK8 - S rear wireless speaker kit. Sound bar works great. Green light is on with the rear speaker system. However, there is no sound, I cannot get them to connect. What is the problem?

- Answer You have to do the initial setup within 6 feet of the sound bar. Turn off the sound bar then turn it on again plug in the rear surround sound speaker reaciever system. They should sync up, you can then unplug and move them across your room. If they do not sync up send them back for replacement

QuestionI have these paired to my SK9 Soundbar and have played with the settings for a long time and can not get the rear speakers to get loud. The only way I even know that they’re playing is if I hold them up to my ears. How can I get these louder?

- Answer Down load the LG sound bar smart app to your phone It allows integration of the speakers with most LG Sound bars. And you can vary the output right on your phone
