Can i disable the smart function null

What makes the LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 75" Class (74.5" Diag), Model # 75UJ6470 a "Smart TV" or any other TV, is that it has full internet access, just like a computer, that allows you to browse the internet, stream movies and shows without needing external apparatus.
