• Yes! You can "screencast" via: Screen Mirroring, Smart View or Wifi-Direct. These supported protocols do not require an active Wi-Fi network. The connection is made directly from the phone to the television, wirelessly. Note that screencasting via Chromecast would need an external Chromecast dongle and Wi-Fi network.
