To help resolve this and refresh the system on your 75UA7700PUA, we recommend performing a hard reset, which can often clear up communication issues between the TV's software and hardware. You can do this by disconnecting the TV power cable from the wall outlet, then pressing and holding the physical power button on the TV itself for about 10 seconds while it is unplugged. Once that is complete, reconnect the power cable and turn the TV back on to see if the audio functions normally. We also recommend ensuring that the "Sound Out" setting in your TV menu is set to "Use TV Speaker" to verify that the audio is not being routed to an external device that might be powered off.
