“I recently bought a 75 lg TV 75uk6190pub. Some how all my HDMI ports are not working but the AV is. I live in Belize and can not shipped it back to Houston. I'm told that I will have to buy a HDMI board in order to fix it. please advice?”

We regret to read that all of your HDMI ports on the LG UK6190PUB 4K HDR Smart LED UHD TV - 75'' Class (74.5'' Diag), Model # 75UK6190PUB have stopped working and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. HDMI ports are prone to power surges and even if you do not have the TV turned on, because it is always in standby mode, the HDMI ports can still be damaged by power surge that comes through connected devices. The Limited Manufacturer's Warranty for the TV is only covered in the U.S. and is only covered when the TV is repaired by an LG Authorized Service Center or an LG Authorized Service Technician. LG will not repair a TV that has been repaired by anyone other than an LG Authorized Service Center or an LG Authorized Service Technician. Regrettably, we can only advise you on having the TV repaired by an LG Authorized Service Center or an LG Authorized Service Technician here in the U.S...^IFV
