“I bought this tv about 10 months ago and I’m getting like a 7 inch shadow on the right side of the screen now,I didn’t buy a protection plan.can I just take it to Best Buy and you guys deal with it? Or how’s the process to get it fixed by the manufacture?”

Cannot return to Best Buy. Will need to contact manufacturer for warranty support
