As long as you can fold the seats down you should be able to fit it in. To be safe make sure you measure your available space on your equinox so that you can lay the TV on its side.

The W x H x D dimensions for the Shipping carton for the TV are 72.4" x 43.9" x 9". If the shipping carton will not fit in your car, you may have to take it out of the shipping carton and ask the sales associates at Best Buy if the TV can be wrapped in bubble wrap to protect the TV and use the packing materials from the shipping carton for added protection. The TV's W x H x D dimensions when taken out of the shipping carton are 66.6" x 41.2" x 13.5". Be sure that you have all the included accessories if you take the TV out of its shipping carton...^IFV
