• Yes it can you have to remove the 4 screws in the back of the tv

• yes it can. it has screws in the mounting holes. it should use a mount that has a 600x400 setting and it needs to hold more than 80 pounds

• Yes, there are mounting points on the back. I have it mount on the wall at my house and very happy with this configuration.
