“What’s the difference between un6970 and un7070? I just compared the spec and they are the same!”

This TV does have an ARC. I compared both models on LG's website and I couldn't come up with much difference. I think the UN6970 is just a Best Buy exclusive. I had the same questions because I am purchasing the UN6970 today and wanted to know as well.

One thing I noticed is the 7070 has 'HDMI Audio Return Channel (ARC)' which is described as, "A feature that connects home theater systems, gaming consoles and other devices directly to the TV, removing the need for an extra audio cable."

In looking at a side by side comparison of specifications for both units I do not see that there is a difference among the TVs. ^Daphane https://www.lg.com/us/compare?bizType=B2C
