Currently, LG TVs, including the 75UT7590PUA, do not support installing VPN applications directly on the TV itself. However, you can still use a VPN by setting it up on your home router or through a compatible streaming device connected to the TV. This way, all devices connected to the network, including your TV, will benefit from the VPN connection.
