Hello, Your TV may look blurry because you might be using an incorrect aspect ratio, a lower resolution setting, a smaller bitrate setting, a sharpness setting that's too low, using an older HDMI cable that isn't high speed, a blur reduction/motion setting that should or shouldn't be toggled on. Step 1: press the 'Settings' button. Grab your remote and press the 'Settings' button. ... Step 2: open 'All settings' ... Step 3: open 'Picture' ... Step 4: open 'Picture Mode Settings' ... Step 5a: choose a picture mode. ... Step 5b: adjust all settings ^Vanessa

Please try again later.Go to your settings and make sure that your AI picture settings are off sometimes they will change your picture settings without you doing anything, they can be helpful depending on what picture setting your using but they can be annoying and not be very helpful in others. I'd try and see if that is your problem
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I thought I had a similar issue as well, but then I found out in talking to Netflix that not all titles are created 4K capable even with their premium plan. Try searching Netflix for “UltraHD” or “4K” and see if the issue still exists with those titles.
