Does this tv have a ATSC 3.0 imput? null

according to LG it does NOT have an ATSC 3.0 tuner. Some of the 2020 models do - not the CX, but the next ones up (e.g., GX). I don't know what you mean by an "ATSC 3.0 input" - if you're using an external tuner, it would depend on what the outputs for it were. It has multiple HDMI and USB inputs.

The 2019 LG C9 77 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (76.7'' Diag), Model # OLED77C9PUB does not have a built-in ATSC 3.0 tuner. Only six select 2020 LG OLED models have the built-in hardware for the NEXTGEN TV (ATSC 3.0) tuner. The six 2020 LG OLED models are: the 55-, 65- and 77-inch class GX Gallery Series 4K Ultra HD models, the 65-inch class WX Wallpaper 4K model and 77- and 88-inch class ZX Real 8K models. There is a software update required in order to active the NEXTGEN TV (ATSC 3.0) tuner, which will be automatically pushed out later in 2020. Please check with your local networks to determine when they will begin any NEXTGEN services as well, since this will also be a staged rollout...^IFV
