• No, it does not. It comes only with a wall mount. After some searching we found a table top mount from ECHOGEAR which proved to be very sturdy and better than the one usually recommended by Best Buy.

• No. The table top stand is sold as a separate accessory for $99. I bought the stand in the unlikely event that I wanted to move the TV to elsewhere in the future. BestBuy installation service wall mounted it for me. I was very pleased with the installation. Much better job than I could have done by myself with a friend.
