Yes the LG 8000BTU air conditioner will fit a standard sized thru wall sleeve. I purchased 2 of these air conditioners in July. They are energy efficient, quiet and do a terrific job in cooling the entire living level of our home. They come with complete insulation. Well worth the value.

This air conditioner has to be placed in the LG Thru-the-Wall Air Conditioner 26" Wall Sleeve, Model # AXSVA1 whose cutout W x H x D dimensions are 25 7/8" x 15 17/32" x 16 23/32".
