Hi there. We understand how convenient it would be to see your Denon amplifier’s menu displayed on the TV screen while using the built-in Smart Apps. For ARC-connected devices like your amplifier, compatibility may vary based on settings within both the TV and the amplifier. One step that may help is to ensure the HDMI-CEC settings (called Simplink on LG TVs) are enabled, which can improve ARC functionality. You can check this by navigating to Settings > General > Devices > HDMI Settings and confirming that Simplink is turned on.
