I drive a f250 with a 6 foot bed, the boxed 86 tv fits width wise perfect, but I had to leave the tail gait down to haul this thing home. I already burned the box so i don't have exact dimensions. If i had to guess the weight is close to 100lbs. Due to the cumbersom-ness of this tv, it took 3 people to unload, and hang on the wall. Great tv so far. Hope this helps.
