NTSC (from National Television System Committee) is the first American standard for analog television, published and adopted in 1941. TVs marketed and sold in the US used to have a built-in NTSC tuner, but the last few remaining NTSC transmitters in the USA finally came off air on July 14, 2021, marking the end of over seven decades of continuous 525-line American analogue TV broadcasts so NTSC tuners are no longer included in TVs. The LG 86” Class UA77 Series LED AI 4K UHD Smart webOS TV (2025), has a built-in ATSC tuner and a QAM tuner. IT does not have an NTSC or PAL tuner...^Ivan. Model: 86UA7700PUA
