• You cannot connect the LG - 8x External Double-Layer DVD±RW/CD-RW SuperMulti Blade Drive - Silver, Model # AP70NS50 to your car stereo. It requires an operating system. ^Daphane

• No. This is a PC/Apple computer DVD drive. There isn’t shock protection or a usable USB connection on a car radio that will work.
