Yes, but you will need to download software to run it. The included software doesn't work with Win 10. I used free "Ashampoo" and it worked fine.

With windows 10 it's a true plug and play drivers are pretty much compatible with the drive without having to go look for them so no need to to use the included driver disk

YEs, the DVD rw/CD rw drive is compatible with a Windows 10 computer.
