did you go to "my computer"--> "devices" and eject from there?

If pressing the eject button or using Windows to eject the disc isn't working, you can try the following manual method: Locate the small pinhole near the eject button on the drive. Insert a paperclip or a similar small object into the pinhole to manually eject the disc tray. This should help you retrieve the disc.
