• I'd read up on the care guide recommended by the manufacturer of the vinyl plank. I have floating engineer hardwood planks, the mop attachment is not abrasive and it does not puddle water. LG does not recommend using anything other than water for its water tank. I put in hot water (not boiling, just from the tap) and it gets the job done. It's definitely not meant to do deep cleaning. It's great for regular touch ups.
