QuestionJust had this model delivered. The feeler arm does not raise and gets jammed in the ice bucket so you can not open the freezer door fully. Assuming it will raise when the bucket is full of ice but that will not always be the case. Any information on that?

QuestionWhat is the depth with the bottom drawer fully open? We will have a kitchen island toward the front side of the refrigerator and want to ensure that the bottom drawer can be opened without interference.

- Answer The bottom drawer (I'm assuming you mean the freezer drawer, doesn't open further out than the top two refrigerator french doors, so as long as you can open the top two doors, you'll have no issue with the bottom freezer drawer.

- Answer Thank you for raising your concern regarding LG French Door Refrigerator (LRFLC2706S) model. To remove the air filter cover inside the LG LRFLC2706S refrigerator, follow these steps: 1. Turn the cover counterclockwise to remove it. 2. Press the side of the filter in and pull to remove it from the cover. 3. Put the new filter inside the cover, ensuring that the side that says "FRONT" is facing outward. 4. Align the tabs on the filter cover with the hooks on the refrigerator wall. 5. QuestionI am interested in this refrigerator. Do you have a recommendation for wall oven with air fryer and dishwasher. I want the handles to all match. Counter depth. Would love finger proof. Thank you. Also, can the LG brand name be removed?

- Answer The wall oven would match and along with the LG Range oven. Not sure about the dishwasher since we prefer to hand wash over dishwash. Also, the LG ThinQ is a great app for all your matching LG appliances too. Finger proof is great but be sure to have clean/dry hands with this! The LG brand is not as visible as displayed, the logo is engraved on the wall.
