“Just had this model delivered. The feeler arm does not raise and gets jammed in the ice bucket so you can not open the freezer door fully. Assuming it will raise when the bucket is full of ice but that will not always be the case. Any information on that?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This may sound simple and may not apply but mine has done that on occasion and I believe it is the ice buildup behind the cover in front of ice maker. I just jiggle the door and the ice should settle enough to open door.
