Please try again later.It takes mine 22 sec to get 16 oz, we also have an additional external water filter that runs to it so it could be faster if your water line goes straight to your fridge. Also, the instructions say a reverse osmosis filter can make it not have enough pressure to produce ice. I hope this helps.
