Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it has a back door with several openings so temperature is the same as main compartment. We keep our milk, butter, mayo, etc in there.

Please try again later.Though I haven't tried putting a thermometer in there (so this is very unscientific), the insulation is so thick I would guess your milk stays at about the same temp as the inner fridge. I store most of my cold drinks in there, but if it isn't cold enough for your taste, you could store it in the center drawer and change the setting to "cold drinks"
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You can store milk in the Door-in-Door® case which is on the interior of the refrigerator section for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG - Door-in-Door 29.7 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the-Door Ice and Water - Stainless Steel, Model # LMXS30776S. The Door-in-Door compartment which is on the outer side provides easy access to beverages and snacks and the recommended types of foods that can be stored in the compartment are butter, margarine, cream cheese, peanut butter ketchup, mustard, relish etc., It is recommended to place milk containers in the interior shelves to keep it cold. The EasyReach™ compartments are slightly cooler than the shelf or door bin areas, so they are a convenient place to store dairy snacks or other small items you want to keep especially cold. They are also a handy place to defrost meat...^IFV
