• I am wondering if the cable to the drawer has been improperly installed or is not connected. Go to YouTube and search by your model - we did and it gave us excellent instructions as well as where to find the connection to the drawer....check this first. We actually took our drawer out to get it into the house and reconnected it and replaced it after ourselves....was pretty easy to do this one....
