“Does this refrigerator include the waterline hose? I recently bought this fridge and have scheduled delivery and install, when checking out at the register the rep did not see the system offer a waterline hose. She did mention I had to buy an approved one for BB to install. She said that the reason for not showing must have been that it already had it. Does it include the waterline? If not, which one can I get that can be installed by BB when its delivered?”

• You can use any stainless steel refrigerator hose, its not included, you can elect to purchase and they will install it, or you can pick one up. They are a standard 1/4" and come in various lengths depending on how far your hookup is from your sink valve

• It does not. If you have a waterline from your previous fridge (if it had a water/ice dispenser then you likely do) you can use that one or any of the metal braided ones you can find at a local big box store like BB or HD

• Best Buy should have informed you about the water line. Purchase the stainless steel line to replace the old line which could have some calcification in it reducing the flow. Better to be safe than sorry in this matter.

• Ours did not come with the external water line. We already had a water line that went to our old refrigerator. We ran a plastic waterline to the old fridge because our house wasn't new enough to have already had one run.
