“Hello, I have tried playing files from a USB under all the recommended formats (Mpeg 1/2/4, etc.) and no matter what I get the "Not Support Video". The only container it seems to recognize is AVI, but will not play any video codec.”

The playable codec formats on the DVD Player with USB Direct Recording, Model # DP132 are "Xvid", "MPEG-1", and "MPEG-2" and the unit supports USB devices that have been formatted with FAT16 or FAT32. Make sure that the USB device you are using does not require additional program installation when you connect it to a computer. That type of device is not supported, and do not use a USB extension cable. Some USB devices may not work with the player.
