If i have a at&t sim can i use it? null

This is a Simple Mobile phone and while it's GSM it comes with a T-MOBILE sim and likely the network settings are for T-MOBILE. To use it with AT&T it might have to be unlocked but the rules may state it has to have been activated for a year to qualify to be unlocked. The network settings would have to be reset to AT&T.
