OTH were totally unlocked, both built with micro SIM card slot and slot for adding optional micro SD mem card 2. My 1st LG 5 was brand new, came with original battery charger and USB cable. 2a. BUT, my 2nd LG from BestBuy was SUPPOSED to be new, and in an "OPEN BOX" condition (this was supposed to mean that a customer had opened the box at the store or home, never used it, -maybe did not like it-, and returned it to BestBuy). However, mine was delivered to my house in a USED condition, with some features already personalized, and NOT erased back to factory settings. 3. Further, the USB cable was missing from the package. The manager at the BestBuy store where I bought it just gave me his own original USB cable when I complained.
