How does the GPS (Waze) work on this phone (LG G7)? I have a samsung s6 on the sprint network and it started to malfunction a couple of months ago . Everthing else on the phone works fine. null

I've had the G7 for about 2 months now. I use the GPS on a weekly basis and have had no issues with it so far. I primarily use Google Maps for nav, but have used Waze a few times and haven't noticed any drops in coverage or interruptions in navigation. The only time it's dropped on me is when I've driven through tunnels, which is understandable.

Have not had any issues so far, but also have not used this phone for long. Previous experience with LG phones and no issues with other models. Short of being an outage related issue it sounds more like a hardware issue than network, at least if it was recurring.
