“Why does Best Buy not have this phone. I went in to get it today (6/24/2018)? The associate couldn't give me an answer on the availability of it. Why do a promotion if you cannot stuck the phone?”

some stores have stock while others may not. Purchased mine about 3 weeks ago several days before the official release. I have two BB stores within 8 miles of my home as and neither of them had it in stock. I had to travel 20 miles to another store to get mine as they had a great promotional price which was cheaper than Verizon price. Its also a popular new phone so there may be running out. If your on Long Islsnd try the Bayshore store. You msy get lucky.

You can also look online to see where the inventory is and you can also order online. There are plenty of things to do before going online to complain.

This was the first day of their $200 off and combined with Verizon’s $100 discount for $300 off price. I was pretty surprised the sales associate wasn’t even aware of the sale. But, as he pointed out, they are a smaller store and push Samsung and Apple mainly. So, your best bet is to order online. This is what I did and had it in 2 days. Also, I am really enjoying the phone.
