“If this phone is unlocked is it able to use visual voicemail, wifi calling, and other feature provided by Verizon as a carrier?? Is there a way to put the software on there to make there functions/features available??”

Many carrier specific phones have pre-installed voicemail applications. Since this is an Unlocked device, it does not have any carrier specific applications on it. There are 3rd party voicemail applications that can be downloaded via the Google Play Store.
